Residents and colleagues at Walton Manor Residential and Nursing Home in Liverpool welcomed a visitor selling upmarket clothing.
The trader set up a market stall and organised a fashion show, giving everyone the opportunity to browse the rails of garments for sale.
In other activities, we enjoyed a dementia-friendly screening at one of our favourite local venues, Picture House at Fact. We also staged an open day at the home with help from our friends from nearby churches.
Regular vocalist John Smith – well-known for his keyboard tie as well as his repertoire of hits from the 60s – returned to perform once again.
Our manager, John, said: “Now we are starting to prepare for our event of the year – a huge Halloween party, complete with decorations and super-spooky mannequins.”View more updates from Walton Manor
