Residents, relatives and staff of Walton Manor Residential and Nursing Home, Liverpool, headed to a nearby museum for the second time in a few months.
We learnt so much about the history of our city, and there were stations where we could try on period costumes, which we really enjoyed. We especially appreciated the tour guide, because we could ask questions about points of interest.
Our activities co-ordinator, Marina, said: “The residents wouldn’t stop talking about the last trip we went on to the Museum of Liverpool, so we had to go again! It’s on the pier, so after our tour we took in the beautiful view.
“We then enjoyed some coffee, tea and cake, to finish off a fantastic day!”View more updates from Walton Manor
