Daffodils brighten up Walton Manor

Residents and colleagues of Walton Manor Residential and Nursing Home in Liverpool have enjoyed admiring beautiful daffodils around the home.

We were recently gifted 80 bunches of bright yellow daffodils from the nearby St Mary’s Church of England Primary School, for Mother’s Day, and to the mark the beginning of spring.

We have put them into lots of vases around the home – including inside some of our residents’ rooms – to really brighten up our space.

Our activities co-ordinator, Marina, said: “We’d like to say a huge thank you to the primary school for the generous donation. We love seeing the beautiful flowers in bloom everyday – they have really put a smile on all of our faces.”
