I feel that my Mum is in a safe and caring environment with varied activities. Hillside smells fresh and the rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day, the availability of a daily bath is much appreciated by my Mum as is the weekly 'hair do'. Mum enjoys her poetry class, occasional game of bingo, and there are different activities organised each day by encouraging staff.
